Interested in learning more about growing magnificent, colorful dahlias?
The Washington State Dahlia Society offers a variety of activities designed to help even the novice gardener achieve success.
2012 began our second 100 years of dahlia shows. Stick around...see what we are planning.
Meetings are usually held the third Monday of each month at 7:00 at the
Fircrest Community Center.
Visitors are always welcome - so drop by and get acquainted! It's a great way to meet other dahlia enthusiasts and learn more about growing dahlias, storing tubers, where to get the really good varieties, show competition, and more!
Our members are a knowledgeable, enthusiastic group and are always happy to answer questions ranging from simple to advanced cultivation techniques.
Our monthly meetings feature informative presentations by experienced growers covering all aspects of growing exhibition quality dahlias.

At our April meeting, Ken Fender will tell us about how he got into growing dahlias. We will also have a tuber auction. You may be able to get your hands on a few of the new or recently released varieties. If time allows, we will also have a small panel discussion on fertilizing your beautiful dahlias. See you there.
Upcoming events include the Spring Fair in Puyallup this weekend - April 10th thru the 13th. Stop by our tuber sale booth at the fair.
